PintMaxxing Terms

• You must be 18 or over to use this app
• PintMaxxing promotes responsible drinking — never drink and drive
• This app is for personal use among friends
• By registering you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your country
• Photos submitted must be of pints only. Any inappropriate, indecent, hateful, or illegal content will result in an immediate and permanent ban, and will be reported to the relevant authorities
• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be removed
• By registering you agree that your username and any content you submit within the app — including pint logs, beer names, venues, and prices — is stored on Supabase, a third-party cloud database service, and may be visible to other users of the app
• Submitted photos are deleted from our servers upon review and are not retained. However, PintMaxxing accepts no liability for any data loss, exposure, or breach arising from third-party infrastructure
• You consent to your data being accessible within the app's community. Do not submit any information you wish to keep private

This Privacy Policy explains how PintMaxxing collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the Service.

Account Information

• Email address
• Password (stored securely — never in plain text)

Workout & Activity Data

• Workout type, time, and estimated or manually entered calories
• Calorie estimates are approximate and not medical advice

Alcohol Tracking Data

• Pints consumed, brand, venue, and price (all voluntary)
• We do not access your location or GPS

Drink Verification Images

• Photos are reviewed by administrators for moderation only
• Images are deleted after approval or rejection

Optional Profile Information

• Instagram handle, bio, and profile photo (optional)

Technical Information

• Device/browser info, log data, IP address, and usage information needed to operate the Service

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Store and display your tracking data
• Generate calorie estimates
• Review and verify drink submissions
• Maintain security and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• We do not sell your personal information

3. Legal Basis for Processing (UK & EEA)

• Contract: to provide your account and Service functionality

4. Data Storage & Third Parties

We use Supabase to store and process data. For more information, refer to supabase.com/privacy. Your information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we take reasonable steps to implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. We require service providers to maintain reasonable security and confidentiality protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Drink verification images are deleted after review. You may request deletion of your account data.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
